Free Thank You Letters

In today's highly competitive world, it is highly recommended you write and send a well-written thank you letter after each interviewer. This should be done soon after your interview. Keep it short and to the point. Why are you perfect for the job? How can you benefit the company? Why you feel this job will help you grow. A good letter might help you to beat out job candidates who are more or equally qualified, but who fail to send the thank you letter! Writing a thank you letter is also your second chance to include something you forgot during an interview.

Mr. Mike Matters,
Falling Leaf and Feathers
6667 Fantastic Circle
Any Town, MN 55555

Dear Mr. Matters:

Thank you for the opportunity to interview with you last Thursday, to discuss the position of direct care and counselor at Falling Leaf. I was impressed with the enthusiasm you displayed for the future of the company. The helpfulness of your office personnel really made me feel at home. Learning about Falling Leaf, was exciting and demonstrated your creative approach to helping others using fiscal responsibility. Falling Leaf is a company with which I wish to be associated.

Your description of the special qualifications needed for this position was especially interesting. My ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines has already been proven while working with Bright Tree in Seattle. As I stated at our meeting, I enjoy the challenge of a competitive environment in which success is based on achievement without stepping over others.

I would also like to mention that since our meeting, I have received my thesis back. As agreed, if I become a member of Falling Leaf, I will share it with all of you.

Again, thank you for considering me for the position of direct care and counselor. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
