Analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data; reports findings, interprets results and/or makes recommendations.
Conducts, or represents agency at, formal or informal hearings.
Coordinates and/or acts as a liaison between agency or work unit and other agencies, work units, organizations, suppliers, etc.
Coordinates program activities, services, and/or program implementation with private providers, other governmental entities, program users, etc.
Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
Interprets, clarifies, explains and applies agency policy and procedures, business practices, federal or state laws and regulations, etc.
Maintains technical data, generates reports and findings and defends analytical work during hearings or litigation.
Monitors agency or program budget including revenues, expenditures and budget projection, etc.
Prepare detailed case documentation including: opening and closing cases, intake records, investigation summaries, case histories, activity logs, risk assessments social summaries, needs assessments, service plans, and correspondence, etc.
Schedules and/or coordinates appointments, meetings, facilities, or other activities; gathers materials and follows up as needed.
Schedules and/or participates in public hearings concerning agency issues, rules, regulations and/or compliance standards.
Writes and/or uses computer programs to generate and analyze data.
Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials.
Other tasks as assigned.

Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
